Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Only Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only available if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
